Kraft Heinz sells its Canadian division to Parmalat
Kraft Heinz has announced the sale of Parmalat’s Canadian cheese division. This was said in a statement.
The amount of the transaction is over 1.62 billion Canadian dollars (about $ 1.23 billion).
The agreement includes the sale of Cracker Barrel brands, P "tit Quebec and aMOOza! Kraft Heinz will sell production in Ingleside, Ontario, and also transfer about 400 employees to Parmalat.
